With wind speeds said to be in excess of 100kms, severe property damage throughout Adelaide’s metropolitan area have been reported. There have also been reports of trees down, debris scattered on roads, traffic lights out, a verandah collapsing and a roof being blown off a block of units – just to name a few incidents.
As at 9.00am on 22/11/2018, SA Power Networks advised there were a 156 power outages affecting 30,082 customers. SA Power Networks have advised to be “prepared for extended outages”.
